We know that the more sugar your product contains, the more difficult it is to release, so CARLEX®’s super effective release power is invaluable. It is specifically formulated to provide a thin, uniform coating that prevents baked goods from sticking to baking surfaces and protects your baking material when exposed to heat. 

Our CARLEX® range is designed to release the most difficult products from sponge cakes and cupcakes to confectionery. Contrary to standard oils, CARLEX® products produce little polymerization and therefore little carbonisation. This means the tins and trays stay clean and the final product does not have any black residue. The use of CARLEX® helps improve production efficiency, reduce product waste, and enhance the overall quality of food products.
